The sHRM App is used by employees for the following purposes:

  • Employee login and authentication

  • Attendance check-in and check-out using GPS location

  • Submitting leave and permission requests

  • Tracking the status of submitted requests (approved / rejected / pending)

  • Receiving company announcements and notifications

  • Managing basic employment-related information

2.1 Personal Information

We collect only the information necessary to operate the App and provide HR-related services, which may include:

  • Employee ID

  • Company email address

  • Phone number

  • Job title

  • Account login credentials

2.2 Location Information (GPS)

The sHRM App collects location data only at the time of:

  • Attendance check-in

  • Attendance check-out

Location data is used solely to verify that the employee is within the approved workplace location. The App does not track location in the background or outside active use of the App.

We may automatically collect certain technical information, including:
